When the logo does the explaining, words become optional


eGate operates in a world of invisible intelligence: wireless sensors quietly collecting data and construction sites that do the reporting automatically. The brand needed to reflect that: precise, modern, and effortlessly communicative.

At H23 Agency, we approached the rebrand alongside a full UX and UI overhaul, making sure the visual identity and the product experience spoke the same language from the ground up. At the heart of the new identity is a brandmark built from two geometric shapes forming a stylised letter e, where the upper form reads as a wireless signal radiating outward. Simple and immediate.

That's the mark of a strong brandmark: it earns its meaning without a legend. For anyone working with smart construction technology, that signal arc is already a familiar visual shorthand. By embedding it directly into the letterform, the logo communicates what eGate does before a single word is read.

The result is an identity that feels at home in both technical documentation and a polished app interface. Precise enough for engineers, clean enough for boardrooms. Geometry doing the heavy lifting.
