A typeface is a voice. Before a single word is read, type communicates tone, intent, and character. For Fida International, a humanitarian organisation working with some of the world's most urgent human realities, that voice needed to be their own.
I designed a custom display typeface with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in mind. Bold, condensed, all-caps, built for carrying important messages at scale, with clarity and weight. Not decorative. Not borrowed from another brand's history. Purpose-built for the people and causes Fida stands for.
Every organisation that communicates seriously deserves a visual language that is genuinely its own. A custom typeface is one of the most lasting investments in that language, turning every headline and campaign into something immediately recognisable, without having to say who it's from.
